All campers/RV's must be clean, in good condition and working order. NO WINDOW UNIT AC NOR OUTSIDE HOT WATER HEATERS. We reserve the right to
refuse service to a camper based on its age or appearance, based on our sole judgement (pictures may be required). We will enforce this.
2 vehicles per site. Any trailers must fit within your site or park in overflow parking .
Site fee is for 4 adults, each additional person (up to 2) is an additional $60.00 per month charge. Total = 6.
We charge a site fee per month. We do not recognize a Landlord-Tenant relationship.
We are a quiet, low-key park. No loud or late partying! You will be asked to leave the park.
If rules are not followed, you will be asked to leave.
Sites must be kept clean, with minimal items outside RV. It must look like you are there for the weekend.
No extra buildings allowed on site
Added decks are allowed but must be approved by management (no exceptions)
