RV Park Rules

The fastest way to “exit” the park is to break park rules.
This park is private property and our home - Be nice & respectful!

Management reserves the right to make necessary changes in the rules and policies in the best interest of the RV Park. Anyone refusing to abide by these rules will be asked to leave without a refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Park speed limit is 10 mph. - Strictly enforced (Don't be a jerk, have respect for everyone)

Well behaved pets are welcome. We reserve the right to ask you to remove your pet if it acts in an aggressive manner toward another guest/resident or toward another pet.

- Keep all pets on leash and under control when outside your RV
- Pets may be in a controlled area outside ONLY if you stay outside with them
- Bathroom duties must be confined to your lot only and picked up immediately
- Do not walk your pets on any VACANT or OCCUPIED RV lots
- Do not feed your pets outside your RV
- Pets are welcome to play in dog park off the leash and you must clean up after your pet
- PETS CANNOT BE TIED UP AND LEFT OUTSIDE WHILE YOU ARE GONE.
- RABIES SHOTS ARE REQUIRED.

This pet policy will be strictly enforced! We will not tolerate bad pet owners.....

There is a $30 lost water fee per incident (if caused by guest neglect)

- Water hoses must be connected/disconnected by park staff ONLY (unless you have prior approval)
- Turn off water when away more than 24 hours
- Washing Vehicles $5.00 ea., Washing RV's $10.00 ea. Must Be Prepaid!

- Campfires are allowed in designated fire pits (pre approval)
- Grills are not to be used or stored on top of picnic table
- Campfires and grilling are permitted (unless under a burn ban).

- Do not leave trash bags outside or scraps of food for strays/critters to find
- All trash must be tightly wrapped in plastic bags and placed in designated garbage containers located near office.
- DO NOT THROW CIGARETTE BUTTS ON THE GROUND.
- DO NOT THROW GLASS, METAL OR PLASTIC IN FIRE RING.
- Fish carcasses may be disposed of in the pond
- NO WATER BALLOONS!

- Keep your site clean and clutter free ~ No outside storage allowed
- All personal items must be kept in an orderly and safe manner within their designated camping area.
- Storage buildings will soon be available at the mini storage next door
- Utility trailers are allowed but will not be parked on the grass, only in designated parking area
- PLEASE KEEP CAMPSITE CLEAN or you will be asked to leave.
- Structures (Decks) may be built on the front of your RV with management approval, we will want to see a drawing of the structure and the work must be performed by a builder. You are responsible for the upkeep and removal if and when you leave the property.

- Respect your neighbors, their area, their property and park property
- Do not walk through or cross other RV lots, please use roadways
- Do not attach or tie anything to trees (without approval)
- NO LITTERING! – This includes cigarette butts!

- Park/drive on hard surface areas only. Have your guests park in empty lots.
- 2 vehicles per site please.
- Please park your RV and car/truck/boat/trailer in your designated site only. NO PARKING ON GRASS!! - Period!

- Laundry of any type is not to be hung outside at anytime
- Help keep laundry room & machines clean ~ remove finished laundry promptly
- Quarters available for purchase in office 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mon-Fri, Sat 10 a.m to noon
- Keep bathhouse clean and tidy
- Dispose of all your personal trash, do not leave it in the shower or on vanities
Bath house and laundry rooms are available 24/7.

-Quiet time: 10pm to 7am - Please Respect your neighbors
-Keep vehicle idling time to under 5 minutes, with headlights off
-All children should be at their campsite by 9 PM unless accompanied by an adult.
-Objectionable conduct of any kind or violation of any park rules or anyone causing a disturbance will NOT BE TOLERATED and guests may be asked to leave the park.
-Golf Carts and ATV's are welcome, all rules apply as it is a vehicle.

Free basic WiFi service is available during your stay here. Our service is a wireless signal that is distributed throughout the park by several access points. Many factors affect the strength of the signal you will receive such as trees, construction materials of coaches/campers and your device. You agree to not use the parks wifi illegally, such as to download/upload illegal materials or to hack personal information from another. The password to access the wifi network will be given at check in.

**We are not responsible for the speed and/or accuracy on the internet.**

 Welcome to the guest public-use Internet service at Secluded Pines RV Park. This free service is offered as a convenience and does not hold any monetary value or compensation. It is supposed to be used as available and as it is. As a condition of accessing this Service, you must agree to the following terms and conditions of use at the bottom of this page. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use you may not access or use the Service. Even if you do not initial on “I Agree”, by using the internet at Secluded Pines RV Park you agree by default. Your one and only resolution to disagreement is to STOP using free Internet service.

    Security
 The usage can be restricted or stopped without any prior notice upon misuse. You expressly acknowledge and agree that there are significant security, privacy and confidentiality risks inherent in accessing or transmitting information through the Internet, whether the connection to the Internet is facilitated through wired or wireless technology. These security issues range from interception of transmissions, loss of data, or the introduction of viruses or other programs that can damage your computer or network. ACCORDINGLY, YOU AGREE THAT Secluded Pines RV PARK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INTERCEPTION OF TRANSMISSIONS, LOSS OF DATA, FILE CORRUPTION, LOSS OF PROFITS, HACKING OR DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER OR NETWORK THAT RESULTS FROM THE TRANSMISSION OR DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS THROUGH THE SERVICE.

    Restrictions on Use
 You agree to NOT USE the Service to: (a) transmit any material that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; (b) harm, or attempt to harm, minors in any way; (c) impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any material transmitted through the Service; (d) transmit any material that you do not have a right to make available under any law; (e) transmit any material that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party; (f) transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes" or any other form of solicitation; (g) host a web site; (h) transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; or (i) use the Services for excessively high volume data transfers.

Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or losses from any cause.
Please enjoy the pond, however we do not recommend swimming. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
You agree to carry and maintain in full force and effect adequate property and liability insurance on any vehicle or RV brought into the park.

**We do not allow sub leasing of your camper at our site (you will be asked to leave)**

Unauthorized soliciting or selling is not allowed in the RV Park.

All sewer, water and electricity must be securely fastened to hook ups and have no leaks. Any sewer spills, trash, dog feces or fish carcasses left behind that require clean-up may be assessed a cleanup fee. Guests are responsible for any damages they might incur at Secluded Pines RV Park.

- NO zip lines, inflatable bounce houses, water slides, swimming pools, hot tubs or slip and slides allowed on property.
- NO water balloons allowed.
- NO washing of RV or vehicles allowed unless pre approved
- NO TENTS, RUGS OR MATS ON THE GRASS.
